World Tour 2026

Pools finalized for FIBA 3x3 World Tour Lausanne 2026

LAUSANNE (Switzerland) - The stage is set for another high-level stop on the FIBA 3x3 World Tour 2026, with the seedings and pools confirmed for the 13th edition of FIBA 3x3 World Tour Lausanne.

Liman (SRB) enter Lausanne as the No. 1 seed, leading a field packed with established World Tour contenders and ambitious challengers. Antwerp (BEL) are seeded second, followed by Raudondvaris Hoptrans (LTU), Ulaanbaatar MMC Energy (MGL) and Baskets Bonn (GER) to round out the top five.

Vienna (AUT), Bordeaux (FRA) and Valencia Basket (ESP) complete the top eight, while Cibona Ph.Classic (CRO), hometown side Lausanne (SUI), Phoenix (USA), Shibuya (JPN), Utrecht (NED) and Novi Zagreb Ph.Classic (CRO) make up the rest of the field.

The draw has produced four intriguing pools, with plenty of firepower spread across the groups.

Pool A brings together top seed Liman, Valencia Basket and Cibona Ph.Classic. Liman, who are the No. 2 team in the World Tour 2026 standings, will enter as the favorite on paper, but Valencia and Cibona have the quality to make the Serbian powerhouse work for every possession.

Pool B sees No. 2 seed Antwerp joined by Bordeaux and Lausanne. The home side will have the crowd behind them as they take on two proven European programs, making this one of the pools to watch from the opening check.

Pool C features Raudondvaris Hoptrans, Vienna and Shibuya. The Lithuanian side hold the highest seed in the group, but Vienna’s experience and Shibuya’s ability to bring a different style to the court could make for some tightly contested battles.

Pool D is currently led by Ulaanbaatar MMC Energy and Baskets Bonn, with the third spot to be decided through the Qualifying Draw.

Phoenix, Utrecht and Novi Zagreb Ph.Classic will battle for that final ticket, with the Qualifying Draw winner earning a place in Pool D and a chance to take on two of the tournament’s highest-seeded teams.

With Liman sitting at No. 1 and Antwerp, Raudondvaris Hoptrans and Ulaanbaatar MMC Energy all seeded inside the top four, the road to the knockout stages promises to be anything but straightforward.

Liman will target their third FIBA 3x3 WT stop win this year, while Baskets Bonn are aiming to get their second WT stop win this season. All the rest of the teams are hoping to win their first WT event in 2026.

From established World Tour powers to the home-court challenge of Lausanne and the hungry teams coming through qualifying, the Lausanne draw has all the ingredients for another intense stop on the FIBA 3x3 World Tour.

The action is set. Lausanne awaits.
